Property Overview

About the Property

Villa Lucero, our 9,000-hectare flagship property in Uruguay, is one of the country’s most iconic traditional farms. Situated in the Department of Tacuarembó, northern Uruguay, it is an outstanding asset with extensive water resources, comprehensive agricultural infrastructure, and excellent production potential. We have made substantial investments at Villa Lucero to develop a vertically integrated sustainable grass-fed beef cattle operation (breeding and fattening), completed by rainfed row crops (soybean, wheat, corn, sorghum, and canola), rice, and eucalyptus. We have operated this property continuously since September 2018 under two distinct ownerships.
